You’ll have the chance to taste both traditional blends and innovative, boundary-pushing creations, all while taking in the coastal charm of Cambria and San Simeon.
Paso Robles BlendFest Event Highlights
1. Winemaker Dinners
Indulge in specially curated meals paired with blended wines that showcase the best of Central Coast cuisine. You can still grab tickets for the Winemaker Dinner at the Cavalier Oceanfront Resort on Friday, February 21. (The dinner at Oceanpoint Ranch has already sold out, so don’t wait to snag the last of these exclusive seats!)
2. Coastal Excursions
On February 21, explore the scenic Highway 1 Road Trip with stops designed to spark your sense of discovery. From breathtaking ocean vistas to insider wine knowledge, this excursion brings you closer to the land (and sea) that makes these wines so unique.
3. Blending Seminar by the Coast
Ever dream of becoming a winemaker for a day? On Saturday, February 22, you can try your hand at blending with guidance from three of Paso Robles’ finest winemakers. Learn the philosophy of balancing different varieties, then create your own signature blend—there’s even a friendly competition to see whose blend is best!
4. Sunset Grand Tasting
The crown jewel of BlendFest is the Sunset Grand Tasting on Saturday, February 22, from
2–5 p.m. Set on the Sundance Lawn of Oceanpoint Ranch, this walk-around tasting features more than 40 renowned Paso Robles wineries, each pouring distinctive blends. Live music by local favorite Monte Mills adds to the festive atmosphere, and the Pacific Ocean provides an unforgettable backdrop.
5. Winery Events
Round out your weekend with a visit to Paso Robles Wine Country itself. On Sunday, February 23, many local wineries will host special open houses, tastings, and more—an ideal opportunity to immerse yourself in the diversity, natural beauty, and hospitality that make Paso so beloved.
